This check list will help diagnose a problem, I would recommend doing them in this order:

* Trouble codes
* Base timing
* Fuel pressure
* Vacuum leaks
* Fuel injector stuck open or leaking
* Don’t re-wire the injector harness
* Cylinder compression tests
* Plug wire routing
* Spark plug gap
